ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Online-place your order and pay with your debit or credit cards using the secure server (alternatively a member of staff will telephone to take your payment details)
Phone- telephone the shop direct on +44(0)1422 202131 during normal opening hours-Wednesday to Saturday 9.30am until 5pm with details of the items required and your credit/debit card details.
Orders submitted after 10am on a Saturday may not be despatched until Monday.
We will not charge any items to your card until the goods are ready for posting.
Any item paid for by cheque will not be posted until the cheque has been cleared by the bank.
For payments any currency other than UK Pounds please refer to the currency convertor on the links page of the main website.
STOCK AVAILABILTY
Whilst every effort is made to keep the site updated there will be occasions during busy periods when some items have sold in the shop before the site has been updated.
RETURNS POLICY
Please contact us by email at sales@thecarouselhalifax.com or phone for authorisation before returning any item.goods can be returned within 21 days of purchase for either an exchange or refund.
The customer will be responsible for the return postage(unless the goods are faulty/damaged) and the original postage costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Delivery
Goods are usually sent by 1st class recorded delivery which requires a signature.Please refer to the main website for for delivery charges-as these are subject to change from time to time
